Delete Your SUUQIYE Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your SUUQIYE account (developer: SUUQIYE) and the data associated with it. SUUQIYE is a marketplace app for buying and selling within your local community.

Option 1 — Delete your account from inside the app (immediate)

Open the SUUQIYE app and sign in.
Go to the Profile tab.
Tap Settings (gear icon).
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm when prompted.

Your account and associated data are permanently deleted from our systems right away. This action is irreversible.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email suuqiyesupport@gmail.com from the email address on your SUUQIYE account with the subject line "Delete my account". We verify ownership of the account and complete the deletion within 30 days (typically within a few days).

Deleting specific data without deleting your account

You do not have to delete your whole account to remove specific data. In the app, go to Settings, then:

Edit Profile — clear or change profile fields (phone number, city/region, gender, birthday, bio, business details, photos).
My Listings — delete individual listings and their photos.
Favorites — remove saved listings.
Saved Addresses — delete saved pickup addresses.

To delete other specific items, such as individual chat messages or reviews, email suuqiyesupport@gmail.com.

What is deleted

When your account is deleted, the following are permanently removed from our systems:

Your profile and business details (name, email, phone number, city/region, gender, birthday, bio, business name/description/address/website/hours).
Your profile photo and business logo/banner images.
Your listings and all listing photos.
Your favorites, follows and followers, saved searches, and saved addresses.
Reviews you gave and reviews you received.
Offers you made or received.
Your chat conversations and messages.
Your notifications and push notification device tokens.
Reports you filed.

What may be kept, and for how long

Reports filed by other users about your account may be retained for up to 24 months for platform safety and abuse prevention, consistent with standard moderation practice.
Records required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes may be retained only as long as required by applicable law, then deleted.
Routine backups may retain residual copies for up to 30 days, after which they are overwritten.

Retained records are access-restricted and are not used to rebuild your profile or contact you.
